Its located in the mine quarry of “El Coral” in Boca Chica – Santo Domingo Este.
Part of the success in our export and local sales is the high quality of our machines and the operative process that follows all the regulations of the ISO 9001, including our factory manufacturing and finishes plants which installations are logically divided in order to make all the process accordingly to the high stone manufacturing standards.
In the 1st . Plant it’s located the manufacturing plant, which extension is 1,260 mts², with 3 that produces 80,000 mts² of tiles in Coral Stone and Marble every year at the specific size of 60cm wide up to 15 cm thickness. Attached to this we have the finishes workshop plant and area which have a covered area of 250 mts².
In the 2nd.Plant it’s located the warehouse for Coral Stone, Marbles and imported Granite in stock.
In the 3rd. Plant it’s located the sales, management offices and mechanic workshop.
In the 4th Plant it’s located the accountant and administrative offices.
Our machines is the core of our business:
- The Bridge Saw-Header and beveller: Which complete the process of saw cutted pieces of the required parts in an automatized way.
- The Template device or Copier: which allows us to carve with any specific measures of any design through a given template.
- The Cobbler Cutter 1 and 2: allowing us to manufacture pavers such as “splits face pavers or spacatto” of sizes up to 30 x 20 cms, and others up to 30 x 60cms.
- The Edge Polished Multi Head: that allows us to make various finishes such as Polished, Shined, Aged & Brushed.
- Bridge Saw Cut for Customized Cutting, bevelling, vertical and horizontal lathes for the manufacture of columns, balusters, among others.
- The Tumbled of Aging to any type of marble and hand polishers for the cutting and finishing of sinks, stairs, pools, tops, among others.
